Order on Motion to Extend Time
ORDER granting 146 Motion to Extend Time: The Court GRANTS the Plaintiffs' Motion to Extend Time (ECF No. 146) over the objection (ECF No. 147) of the Defendants. The Court does not base its order on the conflicting arguments concerning the merits of the underlying contentions, only on the lack of any apparent prejudice on the part of the Defendants for an extension until December 20, 2017. If the Plaintiffs require a further extension beyond December 20, 2017, they will have to supply the Court with a more convincing justification. SO ORDERED By JUDGE JOHN A. WOODCOCK, JR. (ccs)
