ORDER CONSOLIDATING CASES
It is therefore ORDERED that case no. 3:25-cv-00690-ART-CLB is consolidated with case no. 3:26-cv-00527-ART-CSD. The lower numbered case will serve as the Lead Case and the higher numbered case will serve as the Member Case. All further documents shall be filed in the Lead Case, 3:25-cv-00690-ART-CLB, and shall bear that case number.
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall reassign the magistrate judge in case no. 3:26-cv-00527-ART-CSD to Magistrate Judge Carla Baldwin for all further proceedings.
It is further ORDERED that Defendant's outstanding motion for leave to file a third-party complaint in case no. 3:26-cv-00527-ART-CSD (ECF No. 17 ), to which Plaintiff filed a notice of non-opposition (ECF No. 18 ), is GRANTED.
It is further ORDERED that the Case Management Conference currently set in Judge Denney's chambers in case no. 3:26-cv-00527-ART-CSD (ECF No. 23 ) is VACATED, as the case is being reassigned to Judge Baldwin pursuant to this order.
