ORDER CONSOLIDATING CASES by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: The parties have agreed to, or otherwise do not oppose, consolidation of these two cases--Case No. 2:26-cv-7501-SB-CTS (the Equifax Action) and Case No. 2:26-cv-08758-SB-CTS (the Mission Lane Action)--both of which involve Plaintiff Ryan Sternberg's claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The Court orders that these cases are consolidated, with the Equifax Action as the lead case. For administrative ease, all future filings in this consolidated matter shall bear only the Equifax Action caption and shall be filed only on the Equifax Action docket. The clerk's office is directed to administratively close the Mission Lane Action (No. 2:26-cv-08758-SB-CTS). No later than 10/20/2026, Plaintiff shall file a First Amended Complaint in the Equifax Action including all his claims, to which Defendants shall answer or otherwise respond by 11/6/2026. The case management order (CMO) issued in the Equifax Action (Dkt. No. 38) shall remain in place as to all parties. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (gk)
