Order
ORDER. Unless the parties inform the Court that this matter has been resolved as contemplated by the December 3, 2010, Order Terminating the Second Amended Consent Decree and Dismissing the Complaint (docket entry no. 152) by May 19, 2014, this case will be reopened on that date. The parties must file simultaneously any supplemental briefing to their pending respective motions forty-five days after May 19, 2014. Defendants' pending motion to dismiss and Plaintiffs' pending motion for an order establishing a timetable for the completion of the Phase II rulemaking (docket entry nos. 120 and 126) will be deemed reinstated as of that date.
