However, Plaintiff's Complaint has not been accepted by the Court, as Plaintiff did not pay the filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF Nos. 3 , 6 .) The Clerk's Office is therefore directed to terminate the motion pending at ECF No. 8 .
