Order on Motion to Strike
ORDER: Granting in part and denying in part 93 Motion to Strike. Defendant Monarch correctly points out that Plaintiff Fong's opposition exceeds the fifteen-page limitation established by Local Rule 7(e). Given that no prejudice has been evidenced by the violation here, the Court rejects the invitation to strike Plaintiff Fong's opposition. However, the Court grants Defendant Monarch's request to file a reply. Defendant Monarch shall file its reply tendered at Docket No. 93-1 as a separate docket entry by 8/14/2026.
