ORDER (Directing Supplemental Briefing and Resetting the Briefing Schedule) The Memorandum in Support also misidentifies the counts that it seeks to dismiss. The Court therefore DIRECTS Defendants to address each of Plaintiffs' slate law counts separately and by the count number assigned to it in the Complaint. The Court is mindful that Plaintiffs proceed pro se and have not responded to either Motion. Because the supplemental briefing that this Order directs will materially reframe the arguments that Plaintiffs must answer, the Court will afford Plaintiffs an extended opportunity to respond.
