MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for Magistrate Judge Chi Soo Kim on 7/9/2026: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's eight amended notices of motion and motions to quash subpoenas, which are currently set for hearing before Magistrate Judge Kim on August 11, 2026. (ECF Nos. 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 , 54 , 55 , 56 , 57 .) Local Rule 251 establishes requirements for any party bringing a motion pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 26 through 37 and 45, including the requirement that the parties file a joint discovery statement no less than 14 days from the date of the hearing. Accordingly, the Court will not consider Plaintiff's memoranda, declarations, and exhibits attached to Plaintiff's original motions to quash (ECF Nos. 35 , 36 , 37 , 38 , 39 , 40 , 41 , 42 ). The parties are ORDERED to file a single Joint Statement re: Discovery Disagreement addressing the discovery disputes as to Plaintiff's amended motions to quash (ECF Nos. 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 , 54 , 55 , 56 , 57 ). The Court will expand the 20-page limit to 25 pages. As with all court filings on pleading paper, this brief must be double spaced with a minimum of 12-point font. Any pages filed in excess of 25 pages or that do not comply with these requirements will not be considered. Only one set of exhibits may be submitted with the Joint Statement.
