ORDER GRANTING THE PARTIES' STIPULATED MOTION TO CONTINUE (DKT. NO. 76 ). The Court finds good cause to strike the current trial date because Defendants were granted leave to file a second motion for summary judgment after the September 14, 2026 trial was set. However, the Court will not set a new trial date at this time. The Court plans to first address the pending motions.
