ORDER granting in part 31 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. That plaintiff missed a discovery deadline and defendant retained additional defense counsel a month ago are not good enough reasons for such a lengthy extension of discovery. In consideration of the fact that the parties briefed a motion to dismiss while discovery was ongoing, the parties can have an additional 3 weeks of discovery. The fact discovery deadline is now 11/3/2026, and the last day for filing a letter requesting a premotion conference to file dispositive motions is now 11/10/2026. Ordered by Judge Brian M.
