The parties shall submit a status report to the Court, no later than September 10, 2026 at 5 PM, identifying the time and date for the deposition. If the parties are unable to schedule the deposition by this time, the status report shall identify the competing proposed dates and the parties shall appear before the Court on September 11, 2026 at 2:30 PM.
