ORDER - Upon stipulation of the parties (Doc. 193 ), good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED dismissing the following parties and claims, with prejudice, each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs: 1. Plaintiff N2 Packaging Systems, LLC ("N2 Packaging") dismisses all claims asserted against Defendants Eric Marciniak ("Marciniak"), Brendan Pogue ("Pogue"), Alejo Abellan a/k/a Alex Abellan ("Abellan"), and Chakra Cannabis Corp. ("Chakra"); and 2. Counterclaimants Marciniak, Pogue, Abellan and Chakra dismiss all Counterclaims asserted against Counterdefendant N2 Packaging. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED vacating all deadlines and conferences set forth in the Courts Orders (Doc. 183 and Doc. 185 ), including the Telephonic Final Pretrial Conference set for September 24, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that entry of this Order shall have no effect upon the Judgment entered on September 15, 2021 as to claims asserted against or by Defendant and Counterclaimant 1079765 B.C.
