Status Conference 1 - Terminate Deadlines and Hearings

THE FOLLOWING RULINGS WERE MADE:
Following discussion with counsel during the Status Conference, the parties advised the Court that they are on track to meet the current discovery dates and deadlines as set forth in the Scheduling Order dated April 18, 2026, and those dates and deadlines shall remain in place.
To the extent the parties seek relief with respect to non-parties that are not responsive to request for medical records, the parties may file letter motions addressed to the undersigned.
The parties are directed to meet and confer regarding their disagreement as to the IME, and if they cannot come to a resolution, the parties are directed to file a letter motion.
The parties are reminded that undersigned is available to conduct a continued Settlement Conference if the parties so desire. In the event the parties would like to have another Settlement Conference, the parties are directed to contact the undersigned's Courtroom Deputy, via e-mail at Eric_Russo@nyed.uscourts.gov, with mutually convenient dates that the parties are available.
