EO: At the request of the parties, ECF No. 23 , the Court enters the following briefing schedule:
Petitioner International Life Support, Inc.'s Reply to Respondent National Association of Government Employees/International Association of EMTS and Paramedics Local R56-23s Counter-Claim shall be filed by September 7, 2026.Parties shall file Cross-Motions for Judgment on the Pleadings by October 22, 2026.
