TEXT ORDER: On July 10, 2026, Plaintiffs filed a Letter Motion requesting that the Court 1) consider two additional fact declarations in support of Plaintiffs' Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction ("Emergency Motion"); and 2) extend the briefing schedule with regard to the Emergency Motion. Dkt. No. 28 . Based upon the consent of the parties, the requests are GRANTED. The Court will consider the additional fact declarations attached to Plaintiffs' submission and extend the briefing schedule. Defendants' shall file their opposition to the Emergency Motion, together with any joint cross-motion to dismiss by August 7, 2026. Plaintiffs shall file a reply to the Emergency Motion and any opposition to the joint motion to dismiss by September 4, 2026. Defendants shall file any reply to the joint motion to dismiss by September 14, 2026. SO ORDERED by U.S. District Judge Anne M. Nardacci on 7/15/2026. (mab)
