ORDER APPROVING COMPROMISE OF ACTION FOR PERSON WITH A DISABILITY 37 by Judge John W. Holcomb. The Court hereby ORDERS as follows: The petition is GRANTED and the proposed compromise and settlement is APPROVED. Petitioner is AUTHORIZED and DIRECTED to execute any and all documents reasonably necessary to carry out the terms of the settlement. In light of the Petition, indicating that the case has settled, the Clerk is DIRECTED to close this case administratively. By May 1, 2026, the parties shall file either: a. a Stipulation of Dismissal under Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; Stipulation for an Order of Dismissal under Rule 4l(a)(2); or motion to reopen if settlement has not been consummated.
