ORDER with respect to 38 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction; with respect to 40 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction; with respect to 42 Motion to Dismiss; deferring ruling on 44 Motion to Dismiss; deferring ruling on 46 Motion to Sever; deferring ruling on 51 Motion to Dismiss; deferring ruling on 54 Letter Motion for Conference. The Court will first consider the California Defendants' jurisdictional and transfer motions (Dkts. 38, 40, 42) and defer ruling on any remaining motions and Plaintiff's related motion to strike. Accordingly, the Court will adopt Plaintiff's proposed briefing schedule as to these three motions and hold all other motions in abeyance. The discovery stay otherwise remains in effect. SO ORDERED.
