(PKC)(CLP) ("Stephens"), Judge Chen entered an order on May 25, 2026 staying the action for an additional 30 days in light of the pending motion for reconsideration in Stephens. Given the pending motion for reconsideration, the parties shall file a joint status report by 08/03/2026. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry on 06/11/2026. (DAC)
