Order on Motion for TRO
TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff's 34 motion or order to show cause and "complaint of misconduct" is DENIED in all respects because it is meritless. Plaintiff was previously reminded 33 that this action is closed, further filings in this closed case are not warranted, and further frivolous filings would result in the revocation of her MFT filing privileges. Despite these warnings, Plaintiff continues to submit additional filings using the District's MFT system, which raise substantially the same meritless and frivolous arguments previously considered by the Court. Because Plaintiff's course of conduct constitutes an abuse of the MFT system, Plaintiff's MFT filing privileges are REVOKED. The Clerk is directed to STRIKE Plaintiff's 34 order to show cause. This action is closed and the Court will not take any further action on filings in this case. SO ORDERED by U.S. District Judge Elizabeth C. Coombe on 6/24/2026. (Copy served upon pro se plaintiff via regular mail)(kmc)
