It is ORDERED that: 1) the motion, Dkt. 91 , is GRANTED; 2) the case is STAYED pending approval of the parties' settlement by the bankruptcy court; and 3) the parties must notify the court regarding the bankruptcy court's order no later than 30 days after it issues.
