Order of Dismissal On 5/15/2026, the parties notified the Court that, pending state probate court proceedings, they have reached a settlement of all of Plaintiff Jeremy Roush's claims against Defendant Norfolk Southern Railway Co. ECF No. 49 . Accordingly, the docket shall be marked "settled and dismissed without prejudice" for all claims. Within 3 days of the finalization of state probate court proceedings, the parties shall submit an executed stipulation and proposed order of dismissal with prejudice which, if approved, will supersede this Order.
