No. 72), informing the Court that on December 6, 2012 defendant filed a petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, Case Number 1-12-13685-CLB, in the Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of New York, all proceedings in the case before this Court are stayed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a)(1). The April 29, 2013 filing deadline for pretrial papers is vacated; the pretrial conference scheduled for April 30, 2013 is cancelled; and the trial date of May 13, 2013 is adjourned indefinitely.
