   ORDER granting 4 Motion to Intervene. Proposed Intervenor Contessa Neikes seeks to intervene in this case pursuant to Rule 24(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court finds that the Motion to Intervene is timely and that the Proposed Intervenor is an aggrieved person with an unconditional right to intervene in this case under Title VII. Thus, the requirements of Rule 24(a)(1) are satisfied. U.S. E.E.O.C. v. Taylor Elec. Co., 155 F.R.D. 180, 181-82 (N.D. Ill. 1994). The Court also notes that Defendant has not objected to the Motion to Intervene.
