   TEXT ORDER: Defendant's 8 Motion to Transfer Divisions is DENIED. Defendant observes that its headquarters are located in Edgar County, Illinois--which is embraced by the Central District of Illinois's Urbana Division. Although this case has been filed and is pending in the Urbana Division, Defendant nonetheless requests a transfer. It argues that this case "has been assigned to a U.S. Magistrate Judge and a U.S. District Judge located in" the Central District's Peoria Division. That characterization is inaccurate. District Judge Hawley and the undersigned "regularly sit[] in" the Urbana Division, insofar as they regularly preside over cases that arise in that division. Civil LR 40.1(E)(4)(a). Accordingly, the assignment of this case comports with Civil Local Rule 40.1. The Court emphasizes, however, that to the extent in-person hearings are necessary, they will take place in the Urbana Division unless otherwise stated. Entered by Magistrate Judge Ronald L.
