ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's motion 94 for a cy pres distribution of funds, as contemplated by the original settlement agreement see ECF 64-1 §8.7. The motion is granted. Attached to this Order is a signed copy of the parties' proposed order granting authorization to distribute the funds remaining in the net settlement fund to cy pres recipient.
