Text Order
TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon the Receiver's filing of a proposed budget and requesting that the Court "So Order" the budget. (ECF No. 99 ). Pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Court's Memorandum Order granting the Motion to Appoint a Receiver (ECF No. 29 ), a "Budget shall be updated on a monthly basis. Each Budget shall, after being submitted to and approved by Plaintiff, be filed with the Court on seven (7) days' notice to Plaintiff, Defendants, and any other persons filing a formal notice of appearance in this proceeding. If an objection to the Budget is interposed, or if the Court has any questions or concerns regarding the Budget, the Court shall schedule a hearing to resolve the objection or address the Court's questions or concerns[.]" Accordingly, the parties shall continue to file a monthly budget on the docket in accordance with the Court's prior Order, and should an objection be interposed, or should the Court have any questions or concerns regarding the budget, a hearing will be scheduled. The Court need not "So Order" the budgets. So Ordered by Judge Georgette Castner on 9/11/2026. (jmh)
