MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Mark C. Scarsi: ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE: PERSONAL JURISDICTION Plaintiff Beom Su Lee, a self-represented litigant, filed a motion for default judgment against Defendant Song Ga In. (Mot., ECF No. 213.) The Court questions whether it may properly exercise personal jurisdiction over Defendant. The Court orders Plaintiff to show cause why the motion for default judgment should not be denied, and the claim against Defendant dismissed, for lack of personal jurisdiction. Plaintiff shall file a written response within seven days of entry of this Order. Plaintiffs failure to respond to this Order will result in denial of the motion and dismissal of the claim against Defendant for lack of personal jurisdiction. (lc)
