Joel Richlin: Plaintiffs' Status Report advised that all parties had appeared and that defendants were expected to file responsive pleadings by June 25, 2026. (Dkt. 13.) As of today, however, Defendants R and L Carriers, Inc. and XPO Logistics Freight, Inc. have not appeared in the action or filed responsive pleadings. Therefore, the Court directs Plaintiffs to file a response no later than July 3, 2026 advising the Court as to the status of service of process on these two remaining defendants. IT IS SO ORDERED.
