MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of Papst's and Canon's joint motion to dismiss, Dkt. 743 , it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED and Canon is terminated as a party. The Court ORDERS that all claims, answers, affirmative defenses, and counterclaims asserted by Papst against Canon in this action are hereby DISMISSED with prejudice, subject to the Court's reservation of jurisdiction over the parties to enforce the parties' settlement agreement.
