PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant's Second Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Complaint. 9 . Therein, Defendant seeks a second extension of an additional ten (10) days to respond to the Complaint because it is "in the process of preparing a motion to compel arbitration and requires additional time to gather and complete the preparation of the motion and supporting declaration, and to exhaust the conferral process with counsel for Plaintiff on the motion to compel arbitration." Id. at 2. Plaintiff does not oppose the relief requested. Id. at 3. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 9 is GRANTED. Defendant shall respond to the Complaint on or before July 23, 2026. Further extensions of this deadline will only be granted upon compelling circumstances. Signed by Judge K.
