   ORDER GRANTING MOTIONS FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT FOR SECTION 14(A) CLAIMS [DKT. 157] AND AWARDS [DKT. 158] by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT: 1. This Order and Final Judgment incorporates by reference the definitions in the Settlement Stipulation, and all capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as set forth therein. 2. The court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of the Action, Plaintiffs, all Settlement Class Members, and Defendants. 3. The court finds that, for settlement purposes only, the prerequisites for a class action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(a) and (b)(3) have been satisfied in that: Lead Counsel is awarded attorney's fees in the amount of $583,333.33, and expenses in the amount of $60,582.48, plus any applicable interest, such amounts to be paid out of the Settlement Fund no later than ten (10) days following entry of this Order. Plaintiffs are awarded in total $13,000, consisting of $10,000 for Lead Plaintiff and $3,000 for Plaintiff Eric Lee, as a Compensatory Award for reasonable costs and expenses directly relating to the representation of the Settlement Class as provided in 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4(a)(4), such amounts to be paid from the Settlement Fund upon the Effective Date of the Settlement.
