MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gabriel A. Fuentes: On 9/30/26, the Court ordered Defendant to comply with LR 26.2(c) with regard to the redacted filings and URL links it filed in support of its motion for summary judgment (doc. # 83, 84), but as Defendant's motion to seal (doc. # 85) does not do so, the motion to seal (doc. # 85) is stricken. See LR 26.2(c)(3). Presuming Defendant wants the Court to be able to consider the evidence that Defendant alleges supports of its motion for summary judgment, by 5 p.m. on 10/6/26, Defendant shall refile its motion to seal according to LR 26.2(c), with all of the requirements met, including items Defendant may have previously filed piecemeal. Defendant shall read and comply with each section of LR 26.2(c) in their entirety, including: (1) "Electronically file a public-record redacted version..."; (2) "provisionally file the non-redacted version of the entire document, including all exhibits, under seal..." meaning, in case it is not completely clear, that the Court needs to see everything in the files that Defendant redacted, including the documents hidden by the redacted URL links; and (3) file the sealing motion "before or simultaneously with the provisional filing of the document under seal" and "articulate the basis for good cause to justify the sealing... on an item by item basis."
