All current deadlines are VACATED, and these proceedings are STAYED pending the resolution of the appeal in Hutchins. 4. On November 1, 2026, and every two months thereafter, the Parties must file a joint status report updating the Court on the progress of the Hutchins appeal. 5. The Parties shall file a joint status report within two weeks after the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issues its ruling in the Hutchins appeal. (lom)
