Durant. Counsel for all parties confirmed to the Court that they are agreeable to having Robert McClelland conduct mediation proceedings in this matter. Counsel represented that they would work towards scheduling a mediation with Mediator McClelland in August or early September 2026. The Court extended the deadline for the exchange of initial disclosures to September 18, 2026 to allow the parties to concentrate on selecting the date and preparing for, and participating in, the mediation proceedings.
