(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Fred W. Slaughter: The Court has reviewed and considered the Stipulation regarding June 25, 2026, Hearing on Order to Show Cause Re. Preliminary Injunction. (Dkt. 27 ("Stipulation").) In the Stipulation, "the Parties hereby stipulate that the Court may issue the preliminary injunction and the hearing on the order to show cause re. preliminary injunction currently scheduled for June 25, 2026 at 10 a.m. may be taken off calendar," or "[i]f the Court would like the parties to appear on the Order to Show Cause Re. Preliminary Injunction, the Parties respectfully request that it be rescheduled to another date when the Court and both Parties are available." (Id. at 3.) On June 22, 2026, the court issued an order regarding the preliminary injunction and ordered that "the hearing set for June 25, 2026, (see Dkt. 25), is VACATED and OFF CALENDAR." (Dkt. 28 .)
