[IN-CHAMBERS TEXT ONLY ORDER]:
This case has been referred to the undersigned for all discovery purposes. [Dkt. 32 ]. Accordingly, the Parties shall review and be familiar with Judge Kang's Standing Order for Discovery, particularly Section H relating to discovery disputes, which is now applicable to this case.
Because discovery was only recently referred to the undersigned, it is evident the Parties have not fully complied with the meet and confer requirements in the undersigned's Standing Discovery Order, Section H. Accordingly, the Parties are ORDERED to fully meet and confer as required by Section H, including especially the meet and confer of lead trial counsel, to attempt to resolve or at least narrow the disputes raised in the discovery letter brief [Dkt. 30 ] filed.
The Parties are ORDERED to file a Further Joint Discovery Letter Brief, no longer than four pages evenly divided between the Parties, which updates the Court on any remaining disputes. The Further Joint Discovery Letter Brief is to be filed on or before October 5, 2026.
The Court will direct the Parties further after receiving the Further Joint Discovery Letter Brief.
Signed by Judge Peter H. Kang on September 11, 2026. (This is a text-only entry generated by the court. There is no document associated with this entry.) (phklc3, COURT STAFF) (Filed on 9/11/2026)
