ORDER: 1. Studer may proceed with claims against the Kidney and Hypertension Center, Inc., her alleged former employer. 2. Clerk shall prepare one Service Packet upon The Kidney and Hypertension Center, Inc. Packet shall include: a. completed summons form; b. complaint R. 1 ; c. Court's Order R. 7 ; d. this Order; and e. completed USM Form 285. 3. Clerk send Service Packet to USMS in Lexington, Ky, and note date of delivery. 4. USMS serve The Kidney and Hypertension Center, Inc., by sending Service Packet by certified mail, restricted delivery to addressee, return receipt requested, to entity's registered agent for service of process: Rhonda Messer. 5. Within 21 days of being served, The Kidney and Hypertension Center, Inc., must answer Studer's complaint. 6. Studer must immediately advise Clerk's Office of any change to her mailing address.
