MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: On August 17, 2026, the parties filed a Stipulation to Dismiss Case 20 . The parties request that the Court retain jurisdiction over this action and the parties for sixty days to enforce the terms of the settlement agreement "should that become necessary."The Court declines to retain jurisdiction over the parties' performance of thesettlement agreement, as performance of the settlement agreement is not at issue in this action. Accordingly, the Court denies the parties' request, and DISMISSES this action WITH PREJUDICE, as the parties have settled the disputes raised therein. The Clerk of the Court shall close this case.
