ENDORSED ORDER. This matter comes before the Court on the parties' Joint Stipulation for Dismissal With Prejudice (Doc. # 19 ) filed on March 7, 2016. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) allows a plaintiff to dismiss an action voluntarily if a stipulation of dismissal is signed by all parties who have appeared. This dismissal is effective upon filing and requires no further action by the Court. See Anago Franchising, Inc. v. Shaz, LLC, 677 F.3d 1272, 1278 (11th Cir. 2012). Therefore, in compliance with Rule 41(a), this action is DISMISSED with prejudice and with each party to bear its own costs and attorney's fees. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly, terminate all pending motions and deadlines, and close the file. Signed by Judge Sheri Polster Chappell on 3/8/2016. (CMC)
