   ORDER AUTHORIZING DISTRIBUTION OF BUCHANAN NET SETTLEMENT FUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL DISTRIBUTION OF BANKS AND DELOITTE NET SETTLEMENT FUNDS in case 1:03-cv-05755-JMF; granting (59) Motion to Authorize in case 1:03-cv-05785-JMF; granting (908) Motion to Authorize in case 1:03-md-01529-JMF-RLE: that the administrative determinations of VFAS to accept the timely Authorized Claimants, as set forth in Exhibit D to the Miller Declaration, and the late but otherwise eligible claims, as set forth in Exhibit E to the Miller Declaration, are adopted and said claims are hereby accepted; any claims submitted, postmarked or otherwise received by VFAS on or after October 1, 2014 are and will be rejected; the administrative determinations of VFAS to reject the claims on the list of ineligible claimants, as set forth in Exhibit C to the Miller Declaration, are adopted and said claims are hereby rejected; the administrative determinations of VFAS to accept the late cured claims with respect to the Banks and Deloitte Settlement Funds, as set forth in Exhibit A to the Miller Declaration, are adopted and said claims are hereby approved to receive their pro-rata shares of the Banks and Deloitte Net Settlement Funds, and further, after distribution to the late cured claims, all funds remaining in the Banks and Deloitte Net Settlements, less any administrative expenses, shall be distributed to the approved claimants who have cashed their checks from the two previous distributions in the Banks and Deloitte Net Settlement Funds; payment be made to VFAS for $275,309.71 the current balance of fees and expenses in connection with the services performed in processing the Proofs of Claim and in administering the Settlement as described more fully in the Miller Declaration; and as further set forth in this order. VFAS is hereby authorized to destroy hard copy claim forms and supporting documentation no less than one year following final distribution of all settlements in this case to eligible claimants, and electronic or magnetic-media data no less than one year after final distribution of all settlements in this case to eligible claimants.
