Scheduling Order
ORDER: For the reasons discussed at the conference, the Parties shall adhere to the following deadlines. Fact discovery shall be completed by July 20, 2026. Initial expert report disclosure shall be completed by August 11, 2026. Rebuttal expert report disclosure shall be completed by September 10, 2026. Expert depositions shall be completed by October 12, 2026. Objections or motions to exclude or limit expert testimony due to qualification of the expert or reliability of the opinions shall be filed by November 11, 2026. Motions for summary judgment shall be filed the later of 45 days after the Court's decisions on the pending Motions to Dismiss, or 45 days after the close of expert discovery.
