A settlement conference is premature at this time. If the parties change their positions and are jointly interested in a settlement conference with the Court, the parties should email the courtroom deputy to request a status hearing on settlement. The parties shall file a joint status report by 11/17/26 with an update on discovery, including what depositions have been taken to date, and any proposed or confirmed dates for any remaining depositions the parties intend to take before the close of fact discovery. An in-person status hearing is set for 11/24/26 at 10:45 a.m. in Courtroom 1386. Plaintiffs' counsel Mr. Loh is given leave to appear by telephone.
