TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff is directed to comply with N.D.N.Y. Local Rules, Rule 9.2, Requirement to File a Civil RICO Statement, and also with General Order #14. The RICO statement is due within thirty (30) days of the filing of the Complaint. This statement shall conform to the format that the Court has adopted and shall be entitled RICO Statement. See General Order #14. Plaintiff is also again directed to file on the docket an affidavit of service within 5 days of completion of service on each Defendant. See G.O. 25 FILING ORDER. Service of process must be completed on each Defendant within 60 days of filing of the complaint. See G.O. 25 FILING ORDER. All parties are again directed to include with each filing an affidavit of service demonstrating that they have mailed to each pro se party their filing since a pro se party will not receive CMECF filings otherwise. Failure to serve all parties and to file affidavits of service may result in the filing being stricken by the Court. SO ORDERED by U.S. Magistrate Judge Miroslav Lovric on 9/22/2026. (jdc )
