   PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant YATCO, LLC's ("Defendant") Unopposed Motion for Leave to Substitute Counsel Within Same Firm. 269 . Therein, Defendant moves to substitute Gregory S. Weiss for Roy E. Fitzgerald, III of the same law firm, Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Id. at 1. Mr. Weiss is already counsel of record for Defendant. Id. Mr. Fitzgerald is no longer affiliated with the firm representing Defendant. Id. UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion 269 is GRANTED. Roy E. Fitzgerald, III shall be relieved of all further responsibilities related to Defendant in these proceedings. The Clerk of Court is INSTRUCTED to remove Roy E.
