MINUTE ORDER: The Court has reviewed the 12 Second Motion for Extension of Time and GRANTS it. However, the press of other business is typically not good cause for an extension, and relief will not be granted on that basis going forward. The deadline for Defendants to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint is August 14, 2026. Additionally, the Court construes 13 Plaintiff's Response as a Motion to Toll the Statute of Limitations, and DENIES it without prejudice. Litigation delays are common and typically do not, on their own, serve as a basis for tolling. Moreover, Plaintiff does not identify any particular plaintiff(s) this will impact. However, to the extent a particular plaintiff(s) is ultimately impacted by this extension, nothing in this Order will preclude them from making an equitable tolling argument at the appropriate time.
