Scheduling Order
ORDER: It is hereby ORDERED that Defendants shall file their motion to dismiss, not to exceed 7,500 words, by August 5, 2026. Plaintiffs shall file their opposition and cross-motion for a preliminary injunction, not to exceed 12,000 words, by August 28, 2026. Defendants shall file their reply and opposition to Plaintiffs' cross-motion for a preliminary injunction, not to exceed 7,500 words, by September 18, 2026. Plaintiffs shall file their reply in support of their cross-motion, not to exceed 3,000 words, by October 9, 2026. It is further ORDERED that, notwithstanding the aforementioned word count allocation, the parties may reallocate the word count between their briefs as they deem appropriate, so long as no party exceeds 15,000 words in total. The parties shall file an attestation with their final brief confirming that they have complied with the word limit. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall otherwise comply with the Court's Individual Rules in filing their motions and supporting papers. Motions due by 8/5/2026. Cross Motions due by 8/28/2026.
