The Court AMENDS its April 24, 2026 Order (Doc. 27 ) to include the following sentence at the end: The Court is of the opinion that this order involves a controlling question of law as to which there is substantial ground for difference of opinion and that an immediate appeal from the order may materially advance the ultimate termination of the litigation. It is FURTHER ORDERED that this case is STAYED pending Plaintiff's timely filing, and the Eleventh Circuit's consideration of, a petition for leave to appeal.
