ORDER - The Court has received calls from counsel inquiring as to the status of documents on the docket that are referenced in its latest opinion and are sealed. The Court notes, first, that counsel should have copies of all these documents, which were included in the submissions in support of and against the recently decided motions for summary judgment, as they would have been served with these documents by opposing counsel. Second, if the parties no longer wish for these documents to be sealed, a motion to unseal the record should be placed on the docket. Finally, the Court is aware of counsel speaking with members of the clerks office staff to whom he was directed to make his inquiries about the sealed documents, in a manner that is unprofessional, uncivil, and wholly inappropriate for any member of the bar admitted to and practicing in front of this Court. Should the undersigned become aware of this happening again, it will sua sponte consider sanctions against counsel.
