ORDER: The Court has reviewed the R&R for clear error and finds none. The Court ADOPTS the findings and conclusions in the R&R (Doc. 24 ) as the opinion and order of the Court. For the reasons stated in the R&R, Defendants' motions to dismiss (Docs. 16 , 17 ) are GRANTED. Plaintiff's complaint is DISMISSED with prejudice as to Defendant James Davies, and the Clerk is respectfully DIRECTED to terminate James Davies as a party to this action. Plaintiff shall have until July 20, 2026 to file an amended complaint with respect to Defendants Piedmont Healthcare, Inc. and Piedmont Medical Care Corporation. Plaintiff's failure to timely file an amended complaint will result in final dismissal of this action. Defendants' Joint Motion to Stay Discovery and Other Deadlines (Doc. 18 ) is DENIED AS MOOT.
