Order Dismissing Case
ORDER - For the reasons stated in the accompanying Opinion, the Court GRANTS the defendants' motion to dismiss Count One for failure to state a claim. Further, the Court GRANTS the defendant's motion to dismiss and compel arbitration on Counts Three, Four, Five, and Six. (Id.) Finally, the Court DECLINES TO EXERCISE supplemental jurisdiction over Count Two. The Court therefore DISMISSES all Counts against all defendants, and DIRECTS the Clerk to close the case.
