JUDGMENT: All claims asserted by Plaintiffs/Counter-Defendants Castro & Co. LLC. and Texas Cryptomarks, LLC. (collectively, Plaintiffs) in their Amended Complaint (Doc. 10) are dismissed with prejudice. Polymath's counterclaims against Plaintiffs for fraud on the court, trademark infringement under the Lanham Act, and unfair competition under Texas law are dismissed with prejudice The clerk will prepare the final. Polymath's request for attorney's fees, including its request for fees pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(a), is denied; that any additional relief requested by Polymath is denied; that all allowable and reasonable costs are taxed against Plaintiffs; and that all relief not expressly granted herein is denied.
