MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sunil R. Harjani: The Court orders the following action on pending settlements: (1) On April 16, 2026, the DPPs notified the Court they reached an agreement with Defendant Raeford to settle all claims against Raeford and that they would move for preliminary approval of a proposed settlement in the near future. 1793 . The DPPs shall file a motion for preliminary approval of the proposed settlement with Raeford by 7/24/2026; (2) On February 27, 2026, DAP Aramark and Defendant Cargill notified the Court that they had reached an agreement in principle to resolve Aramark's claims against Cargill. 1667 . By 7/24/2026, DAP Aramark and Defendant Cargill shall file a stipulation of dismissal; (3) The DPPs and Defendant Prestage notified the Court that they reached an agreement on all claims against Prestage. 1870 . By 7/29/2026, the DPPs and Defendant Prestage shall file a motion for preliminary approval of the settlement with Prestage; (4) The Court also suggests that the CIIPPs provide the Court an updated motion and order to move up the timeframe of the notice plan on pending settlements that have received preliminary approval and set further dates for final approval hearings.
